Who is Grey Beard Gutter Cleaning?

​​​​​​​There is a Grey Beard- the original is Dave Cisar, born in 1960, raised and educated in South Omaha and Lancaster County Resident for over 20 years. Grey Beard has been in the Property Management, Consulting and Roofing business for over 30 years. The residential gutter cleaning and repair part of our business took off more by accident than design. We started helping out a few elderly neighbors in the neighborhood we love near 40th & A Streets free of charge. That door was opened and so were others, as friends got us into several HOA’s. It took off from there and is a family business. Surprisingly we found there was a real need for this in Lincoln. Lots of homeowners don’t want to climb that ladder or get all wet and grimy anymore.
Many others were frustrated by sloppy, late arriving and impolite home service providers. Most homeowners just wanted to get their work done on time by people that take pride in their work, clean up after themselves and appreciate the customer. It seems like simple common sense stuff, right ? At Grey Beard we know our business revolves around you, we respect you, your time and your home. We compete with ourselves every day to insure you have a great customer experience. That’s it and has always been it- from being the best snow shovel kid on my block at age 9 to the 14 year old busboy at Johnny’s Café, the 16 year old brick tender, 17 year old concrete laborer or 18 year old meat packing plant worker or 4-8 am UPS Pre- Loader. Every job the goal was to be the very best. Finally forming my own thing in 1995 doing Property Management, Consulting, Mentoring, Roofing and Training work. The net is from being the best busboy at Johnny’s Café or the concrete laborer who coworkers literally fought over to work with- to today, we take pride in being the best at what we do- no matter the task.
